When a property is not sold during the listing contract period, homeowners sometimes become discouraged. One thing is certain. Your plans for the immediate futrue have to be put on hold. Whatever motivation you had for selling your home cannot be realized. Now, you have to reassess what you are going to do.

Let's face it. In order to generate offers, prospective buyers need to be walking through the door. Having an effective marketing plan is important. Sometimes print advertising isn't enough. Brokers, sales agents, and buyers need to be introduced to what your home has to offer. Personally, I try to be at each showing to insure that buyers can be make awayre of the features that place your home ahead of others on the market.
